Fixed fees apply to projects that fall within the standard scope of each service. Project size, number of utilities, available information and site complexity can affect the scope. We'll review your requirements and confirm the appropriate service, scope and fixed fee in writing before work begins. Where a project falls outside the standard scope, we'll provide a tailored fee proposal.
